3、Qualification   Requirements For Bidder

投标人资格要求

Qualifications or Performance：    

3.1 that, in the case of a Bidder offering   to supply goods under the contract which the Bidder does not manufacture or   otherwise produce, the Bidder has been duly authorized by the goods’   Manufacturer or Producer to supply the goods in this bidding project, format   as per Section 4 Form IV-9-4;

如果投标人按照合同提供的货物不是投标人自己制造的(代理商)，投标人应得到货物制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书(见格式IV-9-4).

3.2. From 2014 to now, the equipment   manufacturer has signed no less than 2 similar contracts at the global OEMs,   at least 1 of which must be successfully applied and accepted (the final   acceptance report must be provided at the time of bidding, and must contain A   copy of the relevant number of pages, parameters, etc. required to reach the   bidding documents).

Valid proof:

3.2.1. Provide a copy of the project's   commercial contract (or winning bid), the final acceptance report of the   project, and the original for future reference. And user list, contact   information.

3.2.2. Business contract of performance   project: signing the main body, which can reflect the number of relevant   items such as the quantity, parameters and other requirements of the performance   project.

设备制造方从2014年至今在全球范围整车厂已签订合同的同类货物不少于2套，其中至少1套须为成功运用并验收的案例（投标时须提供项目终验收报告，且须含有达到招标文件要求的数量、参数等相关页复印件）。

有效证明资料：

提供项目的商务合同（或中标通知书）复印件、项目终验收报告，原件备查。以及用户清单、联系方式。

业绩项目的商务合同：签订主体，能反应业绩项目达到招标文件要求的数量、参数等相关页。

3.3. Bidders must have offices (or   agencies) and equipment maintenance capabilities in China to provide   supporting information.

货物制造方投标人在中国境内有售后服务机构及维修能力。投标时提供服务机构场地证明或注册文件，以及维修人员名单或维修服务清单。

3.4. The bank recently in the opening   credit issued within three months of the original or a copy of proof.
