3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：      

3.1 that, in the case of a Bidder offering to supply   goods under the contract which the Bidder does not manufacture or otherwise   produce, the Bidder has been duly authorized by the goods’ Manufacturer or   Producer to supply the goods in this bidding project, format as per Section 4   Form IV-9-4;

如果投标人按照合同提供的货物不是投标人自己制造的(代理商)，投标人应得到货物制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书(见格式IV-9-4).

3.2.   In the past two years, the manufacturer has won no less than 2 sets of   similar products in China's auto OEMs, each of which has more than 40 winning   bids, and there is no significant or impossible rectification of quality   problems in the market. Proof of effective performance is required when   bidding ( The copy of the contract is stamped with a fresh stamp, the   original is for reference) and the user list (including company, contact   person, contact information).

制造商近2年在中国境内汽车主机厂已中标的同类货物不少于2套，每套中标通道数40以上，且市场上无重大或无法整改质量问题反映，投标时需提供有效业绩证明（合同复印件加盖鲜章，原件备查）和用户清单（包括公司、联系人、联系方式）。

3.3. No less than one set of similar products provided   by the manufacturer in China's automobile OEMs for more than 2 years, each   channel has more than 40 sets. There is no significant or impossible   rectification of quality problems in the market, and it is required to   provide effective bidding. Proof of performance (copied copy of the contract,   original copy for reference) and user list (including company, contact   person, contact information).

制造商在中国境内汽车主机厂所提供的、已成功运用2年以上的同类货物不少于1套，每套通道数40以上,市场上无重大或无法整改质量问题反映，投标时需提供有效业绩证明（合同复印件加盖鲜章，原件备查）和用户清单（包括公司、联系人、联系方式）。

3.4. Manufacturers have after-sales service   organizations and maintenance capabilities in China. Have a good technical   level and business performance, high quality of service and high reputation,   submit a letter of commitment to relevant information.

制造商在中国境内有售后服务机构及维修能力。有良好的技术水平和经营业绩，服务质量和信誉高，提交相关资料承诺函。

3.5. The bank recently in the opening credit issued   within three months of the original or a copy of proof.
