3.1.1 2015年1月1日至开标日（以安调及精度考核合格为准，下同），设备改造方有承担中国大陆汽车发动机主机厂（指进行发动机装配生产的工厂，下同）曲轴轴颈磨床（含双砂轮架随动磨削结构）、端面外圆磨床的工艺集成（工艺、工装设计及安调）交钥匙工程各1台及以上。

3.1.2业绩有效证明:

业绩项目的商务合同（或中标通知书）、技术协议相关页（能反应业绩项目达到采购文件要求的数量、参数等相关页）复印件，原件备查。

3.1.3投标文件中须列出业绩项目清单，供评标委员会评审。

3.2是否接受联合体投标：否
