3. 1如果投标人所投的货物不是投标人自己制造的，投标人应得到制造商同意其在本次投标中提供该货物的正式授权书，提供授权书原件。

3.2、投标人业绩要求：

3.2.1投标设备应用业绩：

3.2.1.1 2012年1月1日至开标日（以设备到达用户生产现场日期为准，下同），投标的加工中心在中国大陆汽车发动机或变速器主机厂（指进行发动机或变速器装配生产的工厂，下同）曲轴箱、气缸盖、变速器壳体机加生产线业绩15轴（主轴数量）及以上。

3.2.2技术集成业绩：

3.2.2.1 2012年1月1日至开标日，本项目的技术集成方有承担中国大陆汽车发动机主机厂气缸盖机加生产线工艺技术集成（指工艺、设备、夹具、刀具的技术集成）的交钥匙工程项目（按生产线计）业绩5个及以上，各项目集成的加工中心台数均在15台及以上。

3.2.2.2 2012年1月1日至开标日，本项目的技术集成方有承担中国大陆汽车发动机主机厂曲轴箱、气缸盖机加生产线物流技术集成（指设备、桁架机械手的技术集成）交钥匙工程项目（按生产线计）业绩5个及以上。

注：以上业绩可以互相包含。

3.2.2业绩有效证明:

业绩项目的商务合同（或中标通知书）、技术协议相关页（能反应业绩项目达到采购文件要求的数量、参数等相关页）复印件，原件备查。

投标人须提供业绩清单供评委会评审。
